Short Poems

My Words

My words

As my words slipped through my tongue,

They scattered far away, with a tail long.

Zipping like  fish, pass through each brain,

Through spongy tail touch with fun every vein.

Where they reach, create a fantastic scene.

Beyond my mind’s wildest dreams.

How much they are fast, it’s unexplained,

No vehicle, no plane can move as fast as they, it’s claimed.

They shine bright and sprinkle dazzling light,

On each side, even in day and night.

My words have beautiful glowing thorns,

Which tactically blow the balloons, party born.

Then, they burst forth in a radiant display,

A fireworks of meaning, illuminating the way.

When they pass through the angry intent,

They work like match wood by  fueling intensity bent.

When they sail through the tension’s harbor, thus,

They convert  tension into intense distress.

When they pass through one who sighs in love,

Except making fun, they have nothing to prove above.

And so I let the words flow and play,

Those words that slipped away make, seize the day.

For in their wild and winding course, I find,

A magic that is beyond my mind’s design.
